CLAIMS ADJUSTER TRAINEE – Paid Training & Future Opportunities!
We are searching for bright, driven individuals to join our team for an exciting career opportunity in Puebla, MX. This position is exclusively for candidates who are US citizens or US Residents with work authorization, currently living in Puebla, Pue., or that are able to relocate to Puebla. You must have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) from the US. Auto-insurance claims experience is not required.

We will provide the requisite training and pay for you to become a US Insurance Claims Specialist.
This is the plan, once you are selected and hired:
- We will provide a 1 month of initial training regarding all the basics about auto insurance in the United States, and internal processes and procedures to be able to manage auto insurance claims.
- After the initial training, you will perform as an Unlicensed Claims Specialist. During the following 3 months, you will have to take the mandatory on-line course, provided by the Department of Insurance of the United States, to be a Licensed Claims Specialist.
- If you approve the course, you will travel to the United States to execute the required paperwork to obtain the License. The company will sponsor both the cost of the course and travel expenses. You must have a valid American Passport to be able to travel.
- And to be clear: you will be FULL paid during the ALL process, since day 1 of initial training.

The Position:
If you are selected to join our team, we will train you to be one of our next Claims Specialists. This group handles personal US insurance claims involving car accidents and weather-related events. This position will allow you the opportunity to begin learning the art of investigation, negotiation, and interpretation of US insurance policy contracts.
The Responsibilities:
- Know, interpret, and enforce US insurance law, code, and policy contracts.
- Successfully resolve claims with US customers.
- Provide best-in-class customer service and direction to our insureds and claimants.
- Utilize technology and processes to provide timely resolution to your work.
- Adhere to all applicable company, state, and federal guidelines as necessary.

Education and/or Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred, or equivalent and/or 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer service or sales.
- Auto claims experience is not required; however, some work experience is required.
Language Skills:
- Proficient English is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
- Advanced mathematical skills as it relates to the position.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of financial, legal and technical information.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills a must.
- Computer literate with excellent keyboarding skills.
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively and exercise strong, sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, flexible. Strong orientation to customer service.
- Ability to establish credibility with internal and external customers and be decisive, while being able to recognize and support the Company's preferences and priorities.
- Demonstrated strong orientation to the team concept in operations.
- Ability to prioritize activities and projects. Skilled at time management and attention to administrative detail.
- Ability to process high volumes of work, while meeting deadlines.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Preferred intermediate to advanced abilities in any/all of those applications.
