Claims Adjuster

We will provide the US Insurance Claims Trainee program and pay for you to become a US Insurance Claims Specialist. The program is designed to provide a career path to move our best, brightest, and most driven candidates from an entry-level position into a solid, well-established career.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in job positions providing Customer Service to internal/external customers
- Auto claims experience is not required; however, insurance related work experience is required.
- If you're a current employee in GGA Solutions, at least 6 months as an Insurance Service Agent is required, plus availability to work on site.
Language Skills:
- Proficient English is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
- Advanced mathematical skills as it relates to the position.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of financial, legal and technical information.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
