Claims Adjusters Supervisor

This is a Work On Site position. Join us for a US Insurance Claims Trainee program. We will provide the requisite training and pay for you to become a Supervisor of a group of talented, productive Auto Claims Adjusters
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently at a location removed from immediate supervision.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent and/or 15 years of professional work experience in customer service or sales.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Auto claims experience is not required; however, similar work experience is required.
Language Skills:
- Proficient English is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
